Merco

Your papersbecome your profile.

Upload the documents you already have. Merco reads them, drafts your profile and brings you the tech packs you can make. Buyers see a rating they can trust; you see what lifts it.

  1. Joining: Upload what you already have.

Chamber of commerce, RUT, bank letter, audits, certificates, invoices. Each one is read and checked against the others.

  2. Your profile: Drafted from your papers. Yours to change.

Every field says which document it came from, and every field stays editable.

  3. Requests: Invited because you can make it.

A tech pack lists the machines and processes it needs. You are asked when you hold the must-haves, and you see why.

  4. Rating: Your rating, and what lifts it.

Your standing in the EU and the US, law by law, with the one document worth the most next.

Joining

Nine steps. Most arrive already filled.

The application reads your documents at step two. From there each step is drafted from them: you confirm, correct, or fill what is missing. Nothing is submitted until you review it.

Requests

Matched to what your floor can make.

Buyers do not browse your catalogue. They describe a garment; its tech pack is turned into the machines and processes it needs, and the request goes to the factories that have them.

The tech pack decides

Seam taping, laminates, a storm hood: each construction on the sheet becomes a requirement, marked must-have or nice-to-have. Must-haves are things a factory can actually lack.

Evidence counts

Every capability you declare carries its evidence: proven by a delivered order, shown in a document, or told to us. Proven ranks first; a claim still counts, and says so.

Saying no helps

Pass on a request and say which capability stopped you. It corrects your profile, so the next request fits. Buyers see your country, rating and price, not your name, until they award.

Rating

One gate, one grade.

The gate says whether you are who you say you are. The grade says how ready you are for the laws your buyers import under, scored separately for the EU and the US from your evidence.

Gate

Verified, Provisional or Flagged, from identity, registry and adverse-media checks. Unrated until the first check runs.

A–E

A grade per market, from every law that applies to what you make. Each law is scored from your evidence, and a law that does not apply to you is shown as not applicable, not as a pass.

Approved

Verified, graded A, B, C, and no critical gate open. The desk always shows the one document that would lift your grade the most.

Questions

Before you apply.

Who can join?
Manufacturers producing in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia or Peru.
Who sees my documents?
Merco reviews them. Buyers see your country, capabilities, rating and price, and your company name once they award you an order.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The platform fee is invoiced to the buyer and you receive your full price. The rest is on the pricing page.
What is required?
Your business registration and tax registration. Everything else can follow: the application says which paper would prove what, and each one you add lifts your grade.
