Acceptable use and reporting

Use Merco for lawful professional sourcing, design and trade. Do not upload stolen references, confidential designs without authority, deceptive factory evidence, malicious files, unlawful personal data or prohibited goods. Do not evade sanctions, payment verification or account-access controls. Only share a Studio brief with recipients you are authorised to contact.

Send reports to Contact email to be confirmed before publication. Identify the content, order or account, its location/reference, the reason for the concern and supporting facts. Include a reply address and a good-faith accuracy statement. Do not include unnecessary identity documents or unrelated sensitive data. This contact must be operational before publication.

Merco acknowledges and assesses reports, preserves necessary evidence, takes proportionate action and explains decisions where permitted. A report does not automatically establish infringement or fraud. Genuine trade-quality disputes use the order dispute process.

Restrictions may follow unlawful conduct, material contractual breach, credible fraud or security risk. Decisions consider evidence and the affected feature; we explain the reason and duration where lawful. Affected businesses can ask for human review through the contact above and submit counter-evidence. Legal obligations can require immediate action or limit what may be disclosed.

The applicable statutory intermediary-service duties depend on whether a feature hosts content or disseminates it to the public. Required legal contact points, notices, reasons and remedies must be implemented for the assessed service scope. This policy does not claim a statutory internal complaint system or an exemption without that assessment.
